Tabling at Artist Alley



Artist Alley Application Steps:

1. Create an account with our main site -- ubsarpa.com.
2. Log into our convention site—ubcon.org.
3. Click submit new event, this will be the "application".
4. Title the event “Artist Alley -- your display name"
5. Write in the description what you’re displaying/general info about you as an artist (include links, etc. if you’d like.)
6. Write “Artist” in the “Game System” box, then mark “Event type” as “other.” The rest can be ignored up until the “special requests” section.
7. Write in the “special requests” section:


- A. How many tables you’d like (Min - shared half table, Max - 2 tables.)
- B. Who you're sharing a table with (if you are) and/or what artist you want your table to be next to (if any.)
- C. What days you’ll be tabling (ex. all 3 days, just Saturday, etc.)
- D. Other needs/requests.


8. Lastly mark “mature” if you're planning on having any “mature content” (but remember the convention is rated PG-13, you must cover what is not "PG-13.")
